Love it, or we'll make it rightEvery MonoMetro poster is printed to order. If your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or never arrives, contact us within 30 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send anything back. Changed your mind? (UK and EU customers)If you're a consumer in the UK or EU, you can cancel your order within 14 days after the day you receive it, without giving a reason.- Contact us first and we'll send you the return address.- Return the poster unused and in its original packaging within 14 days of telling us.- Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty.- We refund the product price and standard delivery (if you paid for it) within 14 days of receiving the poster back, or proof that you've sent it. Prints personalised to your own specification (for example with names or dates) can't be cancelled for change of mind, but are always covered by our damage and misprint promise. Cancelling before it's printedContact us within 12 hours of ordering and, if production hasn't started, we'll cancel and refund you in full. RefundsApproved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may need a few extra days to show it.
